Section three of the Slumber Skills course targets any sleep-based anxiety. It can be used either independently for those where anxiety is the main difficulty or alongside the other sections when anxiety forms part of the problem. There are two videos and an e-book with downloadable resources containing everything you need to help you understand and support your child to grow in confidence and leave their fears behind, including:
