Kirsty is the driving force and clinical lead at Sleepwellbeing, and personally delivers the training content and webinars. She is an ardent proponent of the promotion of health and wellbeing and in particular the role that sleep plays in creating a healthy body and mind.
Originally a graduate nurse, Kirsty has since completed a post-graduate diploma in Specialist Community Public Health nursing, a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and is trained in CBTi.
She is has recently completed a Masters in Psychological Research Models and is a member of the British Sleep Society and The Goldsmith's Sleep Lab.
Ed had a 30-year career in the equestrian industry and believes that many companies are totally unaware of the impact that sleep (and children's sleep) may have on their employees' lives and subsequently on their wellbeing and productivity.
Ed is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and has a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
Jae is primarily a marketeer who has extensive experience in the travel, holiday and higher education sectors.
Formerly the Sales & Marketing Director at Eurotunnel, Jae holds a number of full and non-executive directorships and is an advocate of gender parity at leadership level. She views this as a driver for diversity in the workplace, employee satisfaction and business efficiency.
Alongside her specialist work with start-ups, Jae is a qualified leadership coach and consultant, and has also led groups on expeditions to Kilimanjaro, Toubkal and Everest Base Camp.
